I would love to see james conrad. Not alot of form reviews of him and he is the only one launching off the front if the tee pad. Also since i am onky 5'6" a review of emerson keith or mason ford would be good.

Everyone’s body is different. That’s what it boils down too. People like cole redalin have form completely opposite of what sling shot disc golf teaches, but yet he still can bomb over 600+ feet. If you can hit that power pocket in your own way than cool, but if you are struggling to do it your own way that’s why sling shots videos are on RUclips, to teach his way of gaining distance, which is 100% proven to work for some people

Trying this technique is robbing me of the confidence I had built up. I am not good at throwing far. I am throwing at 110 feet for a good throw. This technique worked once then never again for me.

Ive been in this industry for about 34 years now. Since I was 13 years old. After careful consideration, I believe that Ezra hasnt reached his full potential. I have watched every video on the internet with him in it. I carefully analyze his muscle tone and slow fast twitch muscles when hes in the coiled kreb cycle atp kinetic energy phase, and its clear that he could be supplementing his mitochondria walls with more sodium pump action to get the microorganisms propelling his disc another 58 feet or so. To do this he needs to, in a short nutshell, perform more sling squats. And so does everyone

I'm pretty new, but after watching this, I was out throwing some of my more experienced friends in no time. Using the back leg for power is something that seems so obvious in hindsight.
